But, there are some rules that must be followed in order to heal quickly through Ayurveda.
Try minimizing junk food/ outside food, not suitable for your body type.
More nourishing foods must be consumed (green vegetables, ghee, legumes, etc)
Go for walks as much as possible.
Try waking up at least 10 – 15 minutes prior to the time you usually get up & sit for meditation, doing nothing much , but just try relaxing, by taking deep breaths.
Your home should be like your temple, with a calming environment, remove clutter.
