There is not as such medication has been introduced by the medical science that could reduce the stress level but India’s traditional holistic health care system that is Ayurveda has claimed three activities and strategies that can help us to release our tension and stress.
Buzzing bee breathing exercise

Change your way of doing things
As per Ayurveda beliefs, relaxation is not proportionate to what we do but it is connected with how we do activities. Our positive attitude towards life and performing our daily activities can help us to get out of the stress. In simple words, it is not important what you are doing for others but it matters a lot that how we take these activities means like opportunities or as challenges. You must not have the motive to gain but to do something for others,
Our deeds are our actual recognition and performing these deeds is in our hands means we can do these with happy moods only then we can gain some calmness of mind and soul. It does not matter what you are doing for others but it matters a lot how you are doing something for others. If you are doing something for earning money or some rewards then this deed cannot give you eternal peace but if you are doing something without any greed for reward or recognition as written in the Gita, The Holy Book of Hindus that do your deed do not bother for fruit, only then you can get eternal peace and can burst out your stress.
